Description
A hundred years ago, children did not attend large schools with many classrooms. Instead, they learned their lessons in one-room schools. In a one-room school, children of all ages studied together in a single classroom. Teachers divided the students into groups according to grade. Games were played in the groups not only for fun but to encourage educational learning.
