Description
The majority of public water systems in Colorado are classified as non-community groundwater (NCGW) systems. As part of the NCGW System Sanitary Survey Program ("the Program") and pursuant to the Agreement, the local health department has agreed to conduct specific assigned sanitary surveys at NCGW systems, prepare sanitary survey reports and follow-up with deficiencies or violations that are identified during these surveys on behalf of the WQCD Safe Drinking Water Program.
